Perfume bottle and pump sourcing
Use a drawing or physical reference for the bottle and closure connection. Ask which supplier is responsible for assembly and the compatibility assessment using the actual liquid. Keep glass or other container details, pump output requirements, cap fit, decoration and box inserts in one approval record.
- Request separate minima for the bottle, pump, cap, decoration and outer box.

Makeup brush handles, logo printing and packaging
A custom handle changes the brush assembly as well as its appearance. Align the handle specification with the ferrule and brush supplier, then approve the logo and finish on a sample. For a pouch or box, provide all brush dimensions and the intended layout so quotes cover the same complete set.
Gift boxes, discovery sets and printed cartons
The outside dimensions do not define insert fit. Share the actual products or accurate drawings and identify how they should be held and presented. Approve print, colour references, insert material and the assembled pack. Clarify whether the packaging supplier or another party will assemble and label the final sets.
Component MOQ, tooling and approval sequence
A finished retail set can contain components with different minimum quantities. The comparison should show the number of usable sets, remaining components, tooling or setup charges and any storage arrangement. Agree who owns artwork and tooling, what changes are included in samples and when the final packed sample is approved.
From approved pack to carton and shipment data
Confirm packed dimensions, unit weight, carton quantity, gross weight and outer protection after assembly. Keep fragile containers and any special product handling requirements visible to the consolidation team. Use the final carton record for freight comparison rather than the product's unwrapped dimensions.

Can packaging be sourced without buying the product through Aeonix?
A separate packaging brief can be reviewed. Provide the product dimensions or samples, compatibility requirements, quantities and the party responsible for filling or assembly.
Does custom packaging always need a new mould?
No. An existing container or structure may support decoration changes, while a new shape can require tooling. Compare the available options and sample scope for the actual design.
Why do component quantities differ from finished-set quantities?
Bottles, closures, printed boxes and decoration runs can each have their own minimum. Ask for the component breakdown and the number of complete sets it produces.
