For a shop or wholesale assortment, start with the brush functions your customers need and quantities by SKU. Request dated availability and sample terms for existing designs. Adding your logo is a separate quotation from a new handle or custom head; confirm product, colour and packaging minima for the route you choose.

Face brush materials, density and sample checks
A foundation brush, powder brush and kabuki brush can look similar in a catalogue while applying differently. Specify the intended use and compare samples side by side. Record the head dimensions, filament description, ferrule fit and handle finish so the approved reference can guide the later inspection.

For sponges, agree the dry and damp sample observations relevant to your intended use. For puffs, compare the surface, shape and strap or grip construction.
Sample approval, carton planning and repeat orders
Send the brush functions or reference photos, quantities, brand changes, destination and launch date. Keep a numbered sample record with comparison photos, dimensions, agreed observations and approval revisions. For replenishment, confirm whether the same SKU, materials and pack remain available; retain the accepted reference for the next quotation.
