Photos, links, or rough specifications are free to submit. Service fees and third-party costs are confirmed only when the project needs supplier work, samples, inspection, packaging, consolidation, or shipment coordination.

Service fees, supplier costs, and logistics costs should be separated so buyers can see what is product cost, what is execution work, and what is freight.
Review fee boundariesSupplier cost depends on product, quantity, material, packaging, and destination market. Sample fees, tooling, and revision costs are confirmed separately.
The written scope identifies the supplier search, quote review, sample follow-up or coordination work covered by the service fee. Check whether inspection and consolidation execution are included here or quoted separately so you do not count them twice.
Confirm inspection depth, label quantities, repacking materials, storage period and when storage charges start. Agree the price and approval process for additional work before it is carried out.
Use measured carton dimensions, weights, pickup and delivery points. Ask which origin handling, insurance, destination handling, brokerage, duties, taxes and final delivery are included or excluded; freight alone is not a delivered total.
Transfer instructions must match the invoice or payment notice issued for your order. Processing starts after cleared funds are confirmed.
Additional shipping or delivery charges are confirmed after packing when they apply to your selected logistics arrangement.
