After the free month, storage costs US$10 per cubic metre per month. The quote confirms the storage start date, measured volume and how partial months are billed.

For multiple products, divide the total merchandise value by the number of product lines. An average of US$500 or more means no extra handling fee. Below that average, add US$25 for each product line worth less than US$500. Product lines and variants are confirmed in the quote.

Service fees, supplier costs, and logistics costs should be separated so buyers can see what is product cost, what is execution work, and what is freight.
Supplier cost depends on product, quantity, material, packaging, and destination market. Sample fees, tooling, and revision costs are confirmed separately.
The written scope identifies the supplier search, quote review, sample follow-up or coordination work covered by the service fee. Check whether inspection and consolidation execution are included here or quoted separately so you do not count them twice.
Confirm inspection depth, label quantities, repacking materials, storage period and when storage charges start. Agree the price and approval process for additional work before it is carried out.
Use measured carton dimensions, weights, pickup and delivery points. Ask which origin handling, insurance, destination handling, brokerage, duties, taxes and final delivery are included or excluded; freight alone is not a delivered total.
