We process data to provide sourcing and order services, meet legal obligations, protect the platform, support customers, and—where consent applies—measure site and campaign performance.

Where consent is granted, Aeonix may process campaign parameters, page events, conversion metadata, and similar consent-gated measurement signals through providers such as Google Analytics and Google Ads for lead attribution and campaign reporting.

Data Collection Scope

We process the data below as relevant to your enquiry or order. Business verification information is requested only where applicable; personal-use customers need not provide company registration details.

Corporate Identity: Business Registration Number, Tax ID, Import/Export Licenses
Customer and contact details: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, destination, order references, and correspondence including return or claim evidence.
Financial Data: Bank account, invoice, and remittance details used to match T/T bank transfers to the correct order.
Procurement Data: Order history, RFQ submissions, supplier communications, wishlist items

Aeonix Trade applies access and disclosure controls to confidential sourcing information:

We do not share, sell, or analyze your specific SKU procurement lists for competitive advantage.
Your supply chain graph is treated as proprietary information and is isolated from other users on the platform.
Access to supplier identities tied to an order is restricted to the relevant customer and authorized operational roles, except where disclosure is required to provide the service or by law.

Operational Disclosures

We disclose data to service providers and authorities for the purposes described below, subject to the stated consent or other legal basis:

Logistics Partners

Shipping addresses, package dimensions, and declared value for freight forwarding and last-mile delivery.

Customs Authorities

Commercial invoices, HS codes, and origin certificates as required by destination country regulations.

Payment and Banking Partners

Order amounts, billing contacts, invoice references, and remittance advice are shared only as needed to reconcile T/T bank transfers and support order fulfillment.

Analytics and Marketing Measurement

These tools help us understand how buyers discover the platform and whether B2B campaigns generate qualified inquiries. They are not used on their own to make sourcing, pricing, or credit decisions.

Financial Data Security

Bank transfer and remittance information is protected with restricted access and audit controls:

Public storefront traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS
Bank-transfer records are access-controlled and reviewed against the written order file.
Remittance advice is matched to invoice and order records before goods are released.
Access to bank-transfer records is restricted by role and operational need

Retention depends on the purpose, active service relationship, written transaction records, and applicable legal obligations:

Transaction Records: Period: Service life plus any period required by law; Reason: Order performance, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute records
Verification records (when collected): Period: Only as long as required for verification and applicable law; Reason: Fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations
Server Logs: Period: A limited operational window based on log type; Reason: Security, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention
