Compare finished perfume suppliers on the same order basis
Identify every product by its supplier reference, fragrance, concentration, volume and retail pack. Ask who is selling the goods and which supply records support the transaction and intended resale route. Keep current availability separate from catalogue images, and record sample identifiers and batch information where provided.
- Use one comparison sheet for SKU, units, currency, product price, sample charge, packing, lead time and excluded costs.
- Confirm the per-SKU minimum and whether mixed assortments are accepted. Order totals do not replace each supplier's conditions.
- Check the filled bottle, closure, label, retail box and export carton against the approved sample before release.
Private-label perfume: confirm feasibility before production scope
If you need your own brand, submit a separate development brief. We first need to establish whether a suitable third-party supplier can provide the required fragrance, filling, packaging and documentation. Record who develops, fills, tests and approves the product and who holds the design rights. Aeonix acts as the sourcing coordinator; supplier capability and accepted scope are confirmed for each project.

Perfume oils, roll-ons and their packaging
Specify the intended application and ask for the relevant product information before choosing a roll-on or other applicator. Check closure fit, leakage, label adhesion and compatibility using the actual liquid and pack. Product names alone do not establish suitability for a destination or a shipping method.
Discovery sets and fragrance gift boxes
A multi-fragrance set combines separate liquid quantities, filling runs and packing steps. Give each fragrance and vial a clear identifier. Compare the order minimum per fragrance, vial printing or labels, insert fit and assembly work. The sample approval should include the complete set as it will be sold.
Body mist projects need their own sample and route review
Provide the desired liquid format, spray style, volume and positioning. Ask suppliers to explain how the proposed product differs from their perfume offer. Confirm samples and transport documentation for that product before treating it as an extension of an existing order.
Supplier information and shipment preparation
Ask which ingredient, safety, labelling and product records are available for the exact SKU, including its safety data sheet where applicable. Share alcohol or composition information, destination port, quantities and proposed shipment method so the forwarder can assess the actual goods. Carrier acceptance and handling must be confirmed before planning the shipment; a container estimate does not establish that perfume can travel with other goods.

Can you promise a perfume will last a particular number of hours?
Performance must be assessed using samples and the intended use conditions. A sourcing page cannot establish or promise a fixed wear time.
Can perfume bottles be sourced separately?
Yes, bottle and packaging sourcing can be a separate request. Share the liquid format, neck and pump specifications, decoration and volume so compatibility and assembly can be reviewed.
