SUPPLY POSITION / DISCLOSURE

An independent wholesale lane — stated plainly before you send a brief.

Serious buyers verify the counterparty before they verify the price. These three statements define exactly what this lane is, and what it is not.

01 / OPERATOR

Independent China-side sourcing desk

This lane is operated by a registered China trading entity — the full legal name and operating address are published in the verification panel below. It is not INTEX®'s official distributor in Thailand, and it does not handle Thai retail warranty service.

02 / GOODS

INTEX®-branded wholesale stock only

Every review is tied to exact SKU references screened against the 2027 INTEX® category catalogs. No unbranded same-style substitution enters this lane, and every brief acknowledges the no-counterfeit rule.

03 / MARKET STATUS

Thailand runs as an expansion-lane review

Thailand requests are screened as expansion-lane reviews: destination port, cabinet count, SKU proof, and clearance constraints are tested for commercial workability before any quote is issued.

SUPPLY SCOPE

Product families reviewable inside one cabinet plan.

The wholesale review covers the INTEX® families Thai resellers actually turn over. Exact models are confirmed against the 2027 catalogs during SKU screening.

F-01/

Easy Set pools

Fast-turn inflatable-ring pools for the March–May hot-season floor.

F-02/

Frame pools

Metal Frame, Prism Frame, and rectangular Ultra XTR sets for dealer showrooms.

F-03/

Filter pumps & water care

Pumps, cartridges, and maintenance accessories that carry the repeat orders.

F-04/

Spares, airbeds & water sports

Liners, valves, and secondary INTEX® lines used to complete mixed cabinets.

Different INTEX® SKUs can be mixed inside one 20GP/FCL plan when total demand clears the gate. The quote returns a loading plan — per-SKU carton counts, CBM, and cabinet utilization — so unit economics are explicit before any payment exists.

LANDED-COST STACK

Five lines decide your Thai landed cost. The quote answers each one.

A wholesale decision needs the full stack, not a bare FOB number. The review is structured so every line below is explicit before a deposit exists.

No duty rate or freight figure on this page is a promise. The point of the review is to put verified numbers on all five lines for your exact SKU mix.

01 / GOODS

FOB goods cost per SKU at 20GP/FCL volume, tied to exact 2027 catalog references.

02 / FREIGHT

Sea freight on the CN main ports → Bangkok-port / Laem Chabang corridor, per the route review. Overland routing out of China is rarely agreed by the factory — plan on ocean.

03 / DUTY

Import duty by HS classification. Form E (China–ASEAN FTA) eligibility is checked during the review — final rates are confirmed with your Thai customs broker.

04 / VAT

Thai import VAT at the current 7% standard rate on the customs base — your broker confirms the exact calculation.

05 / LOCAL

Port charges and local haulage from Bangkok-port or Laem Chabang to your warehouse.

VERIFICATION LAYER

Four checks you can run before any money moves.

Wholesale trust is not claimed — it is verified. Each step of this lane leaves evidence you can independently check.

V-01 / ENTITY

Registered operating entity

Quotes, PI, and bank details are issued under the registered legal entity shown below — verify the name against China's public company registry before paying anything.

V-02 / REMITTANCE

Account name must match

T/T remittance goes only to a bank account held in the operating entity's name. If an account name ever differs from the PI entity, stop the payment and reconfirm through the published contact channel.

V-03 / INSPECTION

Third-party inspection accepted

Your own inspector — SGS, BV, TÜV, QIMA, or a Thai agent — can book a pre-shipment inspection window. Lanes that refuse inspection are the ones to walk away from.

V-04 / LOADING

Loading evidence in the shipment file

Container loading is documented — carton counts against the packing list and door photos with seal numbers — and shared as part of the shipment file.

// PROTOCOL AUDIT / FAQ

Wholesale clearance FAQ

Is Aeonix the official INTEX® distributor in Thailand?

No. This is an independent wholesale supply lane operated by a registered China trading entity. Thailand requests run as expansion-lane reviews, and the lane does not provide Thai retail warranty service.

Can pools, pumps, and spares be mixed in one 20GP cabinet?

Yes — different INTEX® SKUs can be reviewed as one cabinet plan when total demand clears the 20GP/FCL gate. The quote returns per-SKU carton counts and CBM so the mix is explicit.

How is after-sales handled for wholesale imports?

Wholesale export stock is not covered by Thai retail warranty channels. State your after-sales requirement in the brief — spare-parts allocation inside the cabinet plan is reviewed as part of the quote.

What if my volume is below one 20GP container?

Below the 20GP/FCL gate, use the general RFQ route instead. This lane keeps the container threshold so wholesale reviews stay fast for buyers who clear it.

When should a Thai reseller book the cabinet for hot season?

Thailand's floor season peaks March–May around Songkran, and vessels start moving in February. Working back through sailing and clearance, a brief submitted November–January lands before the peak; a brief submitted in February is competing with cargo already on the water. The factory owns the production and allocation calendar, so treat this as planning guidance rather than a transit promise.
