Send a line list with model, units, units per carton, outer-carton dimensions and gross weight. Calculate carton count for each line and total carton volume before allowing for palletization, loading gaps and handling constraints. A 20-foot container does not imply a fixed piece count. The supplier must confirm packing and the loading plan before any container mix or capacity is promised.
Record currency, Incoterm, named port, included accessories, packaging, quantity and quote validity. If there is no current quote, state a target budget and the basis it assumes. Freight, inspection, import charges and local delivery need separate inputs. The review checks the basis first; it does not promise to beat a price or guarantee landed cost.
