Plans & pricing // sourcing scope

Start with feasibility, then price the work that actually matters.

Aeonix does not force every sourcing project into one package. We first review product, quantity, target market, packaging, QC, and shipping path, then recommend the right engagement model.

Realistic sourcing sample inspection workbench

Photos, links, or rough specifications are free to submit. Service fees and third-party costs are confirmed only when the project needs supplier work, samples, inspection, packaging, consolidation, or shipment coordination.

Engagement models

Choose by buying maturity, not by a generic package.

An early buyer needs feasibility first. A buyer with suppliers, samples, or target costs needs stronger operating control and proof handoff.

Free sourcing screen

Best for: photos, links, or early product ideas

Free to submit

We check product direction, supplier lane, MOQ pressure, packaging needs, and missing specification before the buyer spends time on the wrong route.

  • Initial review of photo, link, or specification
  • Yiwu and nearby supply-chain fit check
  • MOQ, packaging, QC, or compliance risk notes
  • Next-step recommendation: sample, quote, QC, or stop

Managed sourcing

Best for: supplier search, quote comparison, samples

Service fee confirmed by project scope

We turn an unclear request into a supplier-ready brief, coordinate quotes and samples, and explain trade-offs beyond the lowest unit price.

  • Supplier search and initial screening
  • Quote normalization and difference review
  • Sample coordination and revision tracking
  • Pre-production sourcing plan

QC + consolidation

Best for: existing suppliers without local control

Quoted by inspection, storage, and shipping work

Use this when suppliers are selected, but you need local checks, carton data, photo records, or multi-supplier consolidation in Yiwu.

  • Inspection plan against approved sample or specification
  • Photo, quantity, packaging, and carton records
  • Supplier arrivals, consolidation, and shipment coordination
  • Issue feedback before export handoff
Plan QC and consolidation

Private label / OEM

Best for: packaging, logo, kits, tooling, repeat orders

Quoted by brand or manufacturing complexity

Useful when logo, packaging, barcodes, inserts, sets, ODM adaptation, or OEM production controls must stay consistent from sample to bulk.

  • Packaging method, logo position, and supplier proof review
  • Sample version, revision, and approval tracking
  • Private-label/OEM requirements handed to QC standards
  • Reusable specification and supplier records

Cost structure

Most projects have four cost lines.

Service fees, supplier costs, and logistics costs should be separated so buyers can see what is product cost, what is execution work, and what is freight.

Review fee boundaries

Product and sample cost

Supplier cost depends on product, quantity, material, packaging, and destination market. Sample fees, tooling, and revision costs are confirmed separately.

Aeonix service fee

This covers supplier search, quote organization, sample follow-up, project communication, QC coordination, or consolidation execution, scoped by actual work.

QC, packaging, and storage

Inspection, labeling, repacking, consolidation, temporary storage, and photo records are confirmed before execution when the project needs them.

Domestic and international logistics

Freight depends on carton data, weight, destination, speed, and route. It is safer to compare routes after carton assumptions are clear.

Why it can pay back

Not another middleman. A China-side control layer.

Many sourcing problems are not caused by lack of suppliers. They come from disconnected specs, quotes, samples, packaging, QC, and shipment handoff.

Suppliers quote different materials, packaging, and lead-time assumptions.
The brief is normalized before price, MOQ, sample, and delivery terms are compared.
Sample and bulk production are not tied to one proof record.
Samples, specs, QC points, and photo evidence stay in one operating file.
Multi-supplier goods arrive with messy carton data, labels, and shipment timing.
Yiwu-side operators coordinate arrival, consolidation, shipment, and exception feedback.
Realistic product specification and sourcing proof workbench

We will route the request to the right cooperation model, then clarify the fees, samples, QC, and shipping conditions needed for the next step.

Common questions before working together

Do I need to pay before submitting a requirement?

No. A photo, link, rough specification, and estimated quantity can be submitted first. We check whether the project is worth moving forward before paid execution is scoped.

Why not publish one fixed percentage?

Project workload varies too much. A single rate can overcharge simple work and under-scope complex work. We price around supplier search, samples, QC, packaging, and shipment complexity.

Can I use Aeonix if I already have suppliers?

Yes. The work can start from local inspection, sample records, packaging checks, consolidation, and shipment coordination instead of supplier search.

Send the product photo, link, or specification first.
