Check whether a China order still works after freight, duty, and delivery.
Use this as step 2 after import readiness. Model a practical landed-cost estimate before you approve a supplier deposit, then carry cost gaps into supplier/QC risk review and service scope.
The starting values are an illustrative scenario, not a supplier or freight quote. All amounts are USD. Replace the example rates and costs with your own evidence; selecting a country does not load its taxes or classify an HS code.

Carton dimensions, gross weight, and CBM inputs before freight and duty estimates.
Order basis
Freight and import costs
A confirmed 0% rate is allowed. Blank overrides use a simplified planning basis: quoted goods plus buyer-paid main freight and insurance for customs value; that value plus duty, broker fees and destination port fees for import tax. These are not universal customs rules. Enter broker-confirmed bases when they differ. Incoterms presets exclude costs assumed included in the quote; check the named place and written inclusions to avoid omissions or double counting. DDP adds no separate import charges.
Carton and packing-list proof
Use supplier packing-list estimates to keep freight quotes, destination charges, and warehouse receiving aligned. The CBM and chargeable-weight signal are planning inputs, not carrier billing commitments.

Needs control
The order may work, but freight, duty, QC, or supplier drift can erase margin.
